The verification won't pass. What now?
Find a well-lit spot, take off sunglasses and caps, and keep your face centered. If the app says your main photo doesn't show you (or both of you, for a couple), change the photo and try again. After several attempts in one day, verification works again the next day.
Why does the app ask for my age?
Baile is for adults 18+ only, and Brazilian Law 15.211/2025 requires 18+ apps to confirm age. We use your phone's own age check (iOS or Android) when it's available. No document, no CPF.
Who can see my photos?
At the ball, photos appear blurred and the caption shows first. Your main photo opens when you match (on VIP, only once a request is accepted). The rest only open through a trade request you accept.
How do I report or block someone?
On their profile or in the conversation, open the options and tap Report or Block. Every report is reviewed by moderation, and reports involving minors get priority.
Child safety standardsMy account was disabled. What can I do?
Accounts are disabled when moderation confirms a report. If you think it was a mistake, write to us with your pseudonym and we'll review it.
How do I cancel or restore my subscription?
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are cancelled in your store account (in the app: Settings, Membership, Manage in the store). New phone? On the plans screen, tap Restore. PIX doesn't renew on its own: the pass lasts until the date shown in the app.
Account deletion
Deleting your Baile account
Leaving the ball is as easy as joining.
In the app
- 1 Open Baile and go to Settings
- 2 Under Danger zone, tap Delete account
- 3 Tell us why, if you want
- 4 Tap Delete my account and confirm
What happens
- Right away, your profile leaves the ball and your matches and conversations are deleted.
- After 30 days, we permanently delete your photos, sign-in and profile (for a couple, the shared account).
- If you sign back in before then, the deletion is cancelled and your account comes back.
No access to the app
Write to us with the phone number or the Apple or Google account you signed up with. We'll confirm the account is yours and delete it within 7 days.

What may be kept
- Audit records (consents, moderation and payments), for up to 2 years and no longer linked to you.
- Access logs, for 6 months, as Brazil's Marco Civil da Internet requires.
- Records tied to reports or investigations, for as long as the law requires.
